Uses: The bark of the plant is used as demulcent, styptic and tonic. The fruits of the plant is having expectorant, diuretic and stimulant properties and is used in calculus infections and ulceration of bladder and kidneys. A gum known as-Mocharus is obtained form the tree which used as demulcent, styptic and tonic.
